We want you to love your Little Words as much as we loved making them for you. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Choose the specific bracelets or accessories you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the request.

  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange.
