Can I get my bracelet wet?

While our bracelets are made for daily wear, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, sweat, and perfumes to maintain the integrity of the beads and elastic.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, non-customized items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom 'Bead Your Own' bracelets are final sale.

How long does shipping take?

Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders require additional processing time of 7-10 business days before they are dispatched.

Do you offer international shipping?

What should I do if my bracelet breaks?

We stand by our quality. If your bracelet breaks within 90 days of purchase, please contact our customer service team with a photo and your order number for a replacement.
